My favorite photograph

Hi classmates and teacher! How are you?? This week I will talk about my favorite photograph. Well this picture was taken by my mum in a familiar trip when I was seventeen years old. In the photograph appear my little cousin and I. This photo was taken path snowdrift know as yelcho located some kilometers to the south of Chaitén. I like this photo because I like very much the nature and to be surrounded by plants in this photo, this place is very beautiful. You can see in the path different plants, threes, and stream and also you can hear the birds singing. It´s great. Moreover in this trip my family and I have a very good time together. Despite you have to walk three hours to the snowdrift, the landscape is very nice and if your company is funny much better.  I would love come back this summer, you must visit it too!  That's all! Today I’ m going to talk about my favorite dish: “The empanadas”

The empanadas are a chilean food which its origin come from Spain. There are different classes of empanadas, fried empanadas  or baked empanadas. Also there are empanadas of “pino”, cheese, seafood, vegetarians with mushroom and corn. I like all types of empanadas, but for this opportunity I’m going to talk about empanada of “pino”. The empanadas are made of: meat, onion, oil, chili, salt, oregano, eggs and olive. Also some people put raisin grape to pino of empanada, but I hate the raisin grape. To made the dough the ingredients are: flour, salt, butter and water. I eat empanadas whenever I can but especially for national day. I like empanadas because are very delicious and the empanadas of my grandma are the best in the world because they are made with love.
